Worst er ever. Starting with Elaine and continuing with registration. Rude, nasty......these people don't want to help even when you are very ill
They need more nurses and doctors here! Way too many bad experiences to list out here but suffice to say, there is NO sense of urgency to anything. When you hit the call button for a nurse expect a ten minute wait and then they just say , “I will tell the nurse,” Expect a nurse about fifteen minutes later if at all. Yesterday we had four different people say , “I’ll tell the nurse” before she actually showed up. Meanwhile my wife’s IV had not been running for an hour with the potassium she desperately needed.
