Great people, dedicated and caring, from Housekeeping to Nursing, from Pharmacy to Cardiac staff. Too many to name, but a tyypical example is Melissa James (BCC.Dept). After a less than 10 minute greeting at the Admissions Desk, Melissa recognized my wife as she arrived on subsequent days and asked about me and wished us well. And, even at the end of long shifts. the nurses never failed to pop in with the same cheerful manner as they showed at the start of their shift. Great people!

As a nurse at DCMC I knew that Seton nurses were awesome but I never expected that they would be as amazing as they have been for me! From admit until now everything with our care has been phenomenal. I want to thank all the amazing nurses and staff I've met in the maternity and NICU units that have been extremely kind and supportive and helpful with us. My outpatient surgery experience was awesome. From the patient access reps, anesthesiologists, pre and post op nurses, and my physician - I was treated with dignity and respect and was truly listened to. I would highly recommend SMCA to others!!!
I only had my previous open appointment, but was treated well, quick, very friendly staff.
Most of the staff forget that we are human beings. My dog is treated better at the vets office than my daughter was treated here. People, have some compassion. Did you forget why you chose this field. I nor my family will ever go to seaton again.
Everyone was really nice and concerned for Mamma and me....So grateful the Dr and Mamma did a great job.... Thanks to everyone here at Austin Seton keep up the great work.....
