READ THIS IF YOU ARE PREGNANT AND CONSIDERING HAVING YOUR BABY HERE. My wife had a legitimately perfect pregnancy—to the extent she made it look easy and our friends and family noticed. What transpired from labor to almost a year later was a nightmare. I will keep the next chain of events and medical problems brief as I want to highlight the experience:  During labor there was failure in communication between the staff as they allowed my wife to stay dilated 9cm for over 8 hours. This place has gone downhill and anyone you love should not be treated here. Sadly there is an influx of migrants which does cause overstressed staff and poor-quality services due to the high demand and turnover. Daughter was admitted at 11am and we sat just to get check into labor and delivery at 7pm as a scheduled delivery. So many "emergencies" that took precedence over my daughters scheduled visit. Could not eat until the next day :(

Yesterday I went into this facility only to experience racism and poor service as well threatened.  I would not suggest going here.

At first I was so shocked, I just stared at her and said yes to everything. Many ... read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is supposed to be a training hospital- which in itself is frightening because the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. The nurses are fantastic- and that is where it stops. I spent 2 days in ICU with a do not feed order. I was given no food or water. I literally had an IV and morphine only. When I was transferred downstairs- the orders were supposed to be changed to allow me liquid. That never happened. Finally, after 4 days of no food or water- I started to p... read more
