Except for Dr Foreman, this place is absolute poor experience. They never called me back and explained about my MRI result after i made 3 calls to reach to the nurse. finally, the nurse never called back. Instead, the nurse sent to 2 MRI requests for same part which almost costed twice the amount. glad i caught it before the appointment.
Absolute trash! Besides for Doctor Foreman, everything about this location is absolutely worthless. Took 2 weeks to get through their insane onboarding system, no call backs, no explanation of the overly complicated process, just rude! And good luck finding the place on your first visit, been telling them for weeks both Google & Apple have their location wrong, and yet I still see patients showing up late and telling them the problem, they couldn’t care less, even their own call center gives the wrong directions. The absolute worst medical office experience I've ever had. Not only did the nurse give me passive aggressive attitude for being late to our very last minute appointment because my kid was very sick and needed to be seen. She also barely prepared my young child, age 6, for the procedure for a covid 19 test - she shoved it up my kids nose with barely a warning, shocking him. I had an appointment just to get blood drawn. I waited in the room for 45min to see a doctor and she didn’t come in. While I was waiting in the room all I hear on the other side of the door is people laughing and playing. No way a patient should be waiting in a room for 45min just to get blood drawn when they aren’t busy. I walked upfront to the receptionist and they were confused on what took so long. Don’t recommend and will not be returning.
Changed my PCP to this location, it is easier to get an appt with a Dr than my previous health care provider
