This is a horrible place as far as the front desk goes. I do not like to leave bad reviews. The people that either are at the front desk or verify insurance are incompetent and lazy. That is not why I'm writing this review, I'm writing this review because the way this lady treated me and made me feel. I had an appointment that I made over zoc doc. I am so very happy that I chose James McMullen as my new Primary Care Physician. Starting with the front desk, then with Nurse Brianna, and with James McMullen, I was treated professionally. James McMullen is a great listener and explained everything to me on a level I could understand. He truly showed that he cares. I just can't say enough good things about everyone there. Mark

I’m only giving this place two stars because of the front office staff The nurses and doctors were rude and make you feel like you’re wasting their time if you go in for anything that’s not major in their book. Plus I was questioned on who my OBGYN and all these irrelevant questions that had nothing to do with my visit.
Great experience with this practice starting with a quick easy scheduling process with Bianca. I have seen Dr. Trump for years at other locations and glad he found a home at Seton Jollyville
