We had a very disappointing experience trying to purchase our home from Seth three years ago. Communication was poor throughout the process— it was difficult to get timely updates or information. As buyers, we expected more responsiveness and professionalism. Based on our experience, we would not recommend working with this agent.
We had an incredibly frustrating experience working with this realtor. Communication was extremely slow throughout most of the process, which caused a lot of unnecessary stress and uncertainty — especially for such a major transaction. It wasn’t until the final week before closing that we started getting more consistent updates, but by then, much of the damage had been done. We expected more attentiveness and proactive communication from a real estate professional.
We have used Seth and his team to buy our first house 5 years ago, sell that house recently, and buy our second as well. Seth is a fast-acting realtor who cares about his clients. In this crazy market, it is tough to get into a contract, but with sound advice from an experienced realtor, we were able to land our (hopefully) forever-home.
