The best contractor for historical renovations. Seth Glasser's attention to detail and eye for architecture is amazing. Wish I could get him to come out to Middletown to restore my 1920 Dutch Colonial.
hired him to gut reno our 1868 Gothic revival for his detailed knowledge of older homes and crew of real craftsmen. We found him honest, reasonable, and able to work within our budget - we love the result and even won a County Historic society renovation award! He worked very well with our architect, Meg Fowler, who also specializes in older homes.
