I have been siffwring pain in my left knee for sometime now and seen 2 o 3 orthos because of the need of Insurance changes. All of them had injected me anti inflamatory injections that lasted a few weeks and the pain comes back. Ive done PT, Knee Brace made specifically for me, Ice to the point of burning my skin, Ibuprofen 800 mg with risk nsids bring and lots of a mix of viltaren and lidocaine.. I had a total knee replacement in March with another Ortho, saw Dr. Cooper in Aug 2023 since having continued pain and mobility problems. According to xrays Dr. C took, I don't see how he could not see the prosthesis was coming off the top. Now that I have his xrays, it is soooo obvious to see. He avoided seeing me on 2nd visit after asking me for all records, never looked at them and his PA felt the clunking my knee was doing, said I just needed more PT.
