AVOID! If you want to receive your insured payment back, you cannot trust them. We were told we'd be reimbursed once they receive the money from insurance, but they did not submit the claim until 3 months later. Throughout these 3 months, we called dozens of times and went in person maybe 5 times to talk to them. They always gave inconsistent information and even lied numerous times about the insurance process.
If you want to meet an angel from heaven who walks among us, go see Christine, the dental hygienist! Moreover, all the staff are kind, welcoming, and professional, and the whole experience at Sentai was wonderful. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, the level of professionalism and quality of care I once experienced at this clinic is no longer what it used to be.
