Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Was this neurosurgeon friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them

Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution
