SOLLNET IS HORRIBLE – This company is a complete sham. My internet hasn't been working for 2.5 weeks and NOBODY has come to fix it despite me calling every 1-2 days. A third party outsourcing call center always says "someone is coming tomorrow morning" and no one ever comes or calls me back. AWFUL! This company doesn't actually have any employees. Everything is outsourced to third parties. SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!

POOR SERVICE, NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL, DO NOT, LISTEN, DO NOT PAY FOR THIS "SERVICE" – I moved to 2601 Parkway building last month of June. Ever since I have tried to get in contact with sollnet for them to install internet in my unit, as they are the main provider in the building. Antiservice – Service is terrible!! It's a scam, stay away if you can!! In my old building we were forced to use Sollnet. When I moved out they continued to bill me. They've refused to close my account, constantly referring to some phantom coworker that is never there and won't call me back.
