RecommendedDog friendly, very Sf menu, but beignets were soooo good. We got two orders.
Good food and drink. Fun place to go, especially after a walk in the Presidio. Nice outdoor seating area.

Went by for lunch at 1:30 pm on Tuesday the 3rd of July, 2018 and this place was closed! We had carefully planned our day, but were not able to eat at Sessions and had to make other arrangements. The website and yelp said they were open but it was locked up with no signs saying why it was closed. Very disappointing as we drove up from Gilroy to eat here.
Creative menu in a perfect setting. Terrace was most enjoyable, with music not so loud as to interfere with conversation 👏🏻👏🏻 Loved soft-shell crab ✔️
Went for family birthday brunch, had a reservation and they were late seating us, service was average if not a little slow, food was average, the foie tureen, fish and chips, and the burger patty were all worth coming back for. Ron our server saved the day by being courteous and helpful as busy as he was. Nice space. Hostess was polite while being overwhelmed by walk-ins demanding outdoor seating. Cocktail (mezcal mule) has potential but too sweet not well balanced.
This is my new favorite restaurant in SF. Food is fantastic, staff is great. Can't wait to go back!
