Primary mower stopped working mid mow. My secondary mower was on borrowed time with multiple issues and maybe it’s last mow. Heading out on vacation and wanted to make sure i had a reliable working mower for when I return. I dropped off both mowers on a very busy day, but they agreed to take them in and fix them. I wasn’t expecting to get the mowers back so soon, but both mowers were fixed within a day…very fast turn around. I take my parents lawn mower this morning and spoke with Mrs. Janice. I explained i was heading back home on Monday and needed to get it repaired before leaving town for my parents. Mrs. Janice went above and beyond and fix the mower on the spot. Mrs. Janice Rocks. I highly recommend Sess Boys Service excellent customer service! Thank you again Mrs. Janice!
Great service. I highly recommend them. He was so nice and polite.
Went in for blade sharpening, they said one pair didn't even need sharpening - honesty! Was fast and well priced. Would come back for any future needs.
