I love Mr. Moore, he is a great salesman, no pressure just the facts you need to make a decision. The service people are great too. Quick, efficient and pleasant. My second car from Sesi and I came back because I knew I could get what I wanted without a lot of hassle.

Took my MKZ in for a recall recently, when they were done I couldn't find any indication it had been serviced. To me that is what I expect, no marks on the car anywhere. Great job, great people.

i will not buy a car from any one but sesi. service is super, sales is family and the owner is super nice. i have bought cars from lincoln and mercury for over 40 years. here is a fact, i bought a Lincoln for $5 dollars more than a fusion.
I had an amazing experience today in the Service Department at Sesi in Ann Arbor. Just in for an oil change and a few light bulbs on my 2007 car. I spent under $100 and was treated as if I were buying a new Lincoln! Excellent customer service, continued loyal customer here. (Yes, I had also purchased this 2007 Mazda from Sesi years ago.) Not ready for a new car yet, but I know where I'll shop when it's time! Thanks guys, you made my week!
