I went to this shop twice the first time was ok but the second experience was horrible. I was there for so long just getting the back of my hair done the top of my hair was done but someone else because my stylist cut her hand they never told me that was her situation before I sat down so I could have the decision to stay or not. I had a pretty good experience while I was there and the new location on Plumstead is very pretty, everyone was nice but my braider/owner could not get my middle part straight. At first she kept showing me to make sure then the last time she attempted she was so sure it was straight and never showed me the part. When I was finished I was rushing out to my ride and just glanced in the mirror. When I got home I noticed my part was very off centered.
