My daughter had Dr. Balaji from age 7 to 18. He performed 2 cardiac ablations on her due to WPW. I literally trusted this Dr with my life! And my daughter did as well. She never felt scared in his care.

Terrible bedside manner. I do not feel comfortable letting this doctor near my child.

Dr. Balaji was my cardiologist from age 8 until I was 22. He and his team were incredible and I honestly hate the idea of having to transfer to an adult cardiologist simply because I would miss meeting with them annually. He is very kind and is willing to answer any questions you may have about what's going on. My family and I were lucky to have been able to work with him and his team for all the years we did!

I would never take a child on the autism spectrum to this doctor due to his rude bedside manner. Expect him to be dismissive and patronizing, to include multiple uses of "air quotes." and to disregard symptoms without listening. He made my child cry because they didn't understand what he was saying and didn't know how to properly respond. I don't think he's a terrible doctor, for someone with a clearly defined illness or cardiac emergency he might be very knowledgeable.
