Ordered exactly 95 LED troffers. Told they would arrive Wednesday September 6. It’s Wednesday, the troffer are not here and the folks at Sesco at not providing tracking to our rep at Graybar for the 2x4s. This is for a fast track job. Update: I mistakenly mentioned Cooper lighting. It was Signify. We specifically ordered fixtures that were in stock at local DCs. Ordered 90 or 100 LED troffers. Told they would arrive Wednesday Oct 6. It’s Wednesday and the folks at Sesco at not even willing for provide tracking to our rep at Graybar for the 2x4s. This is for a fast track job and the folks at Sesco couldn’t seem to care less. Sesco used to be so organized. What happened? Wont be ordering any more Cooper lighting if this is as good as it gets. Lithonia Lighting has far better service and customer relations.
