Our community does not have water or sanitation when power is out. That mean we can’t use the toilet. Sad!! This is a new neighborhood. Of course it’s our fault for not knowing that this would be a problem. An it was never disclosed that it would be a problem for the community. This type of mess will no longer be allowed in Stafford County. Unfortunately it does not help us.
Ses maintains the shared wells and septic in our neighborhood and has no backup power available leaving us without running water or sewer every time the power goes out. The power goes out frequently here and they refuse to provide any means of emergency power, we have been without water and sewer for as long as 5 days and have lost power as long as 14 hours just this month. They also refuse to provide us with means to even connect our own emergency generators. They messed with the wrong neighborhood
Very professional. Great workmanship by Rigo and Johnny. I especially appreciate the professionalism of Mr. Cox. He evaluated the problem and came up with affordable solutions. He kept me informed every step of the way. I would recommend SES to others.
Great communication; I was very pleased with the work they did. They were professional, arrived on time completed the project in a timely manner. They left the area clean and provided all completed documentation. Great job !
I asked SES to inspect our 45 year-old septic drainage system. They arrived on time. Mike did the inspection and indicated the fields were clear but it was time to replace the distribution boxes. They replaced the boxes the next week. Their workers were professional and left the yard neat. They even put down grass seed where they dug. My experience was very positive.
SES, and Billy in particular, were professional, punctual, and very informative. Couldn't ask for more!
We live in an NV Homes community where homes are all on septic and well water. SES installed our systems and their shoddy work was apparent within a few weeks. The majority of homes have been under a pump and haul schedule for YEARS due to badly needed repairs that were delayed continuously. SES will give you the run-around with no accountability. 7-17-19 If one of your men came by and inspected my system they did not call in advance as I had requested earlier this year. They did not leave any notice they had been to my home and no information as to the results of the visit. Charlie W******** ***** ********* **** Nokesville,VA
