Its so amazing how Mason came into my home and helped with the water damage. He was very concerned about the situation and he did not leave the house until the job was completely done. He wanted to make sure the house was left in tip top shape. After he finished the job he showed us what caused the problem and how to make sure it does not happen again, but in the event it does he gave us his card and told us to feel free to cal him anytime, What a technician. I cannot say how much I appreciate your team coming out and fixing the carpet I accidentally burned. They also cleaned up the smoke damage the burning carpet caused. They carefully guided me during every part of the consultation and even were humble enough to pull the painter’s tape off of the wall, leaving no mess behind.
