I called Servpro of West Pensacola because they are accredited and have an A+ rating. We had a faucet leak and were concerned that we had water damage and/or needed drying, repairs, etc. Steve was so thorough and checked everything and told us everything was dry and that we didn't need to make a claim or go through the trauma of restoration. We really appreciated his expertise and honesty.

steve was awesome. steve is the owner of servpro west Pensacola and he came out to make an estimate HIMSELF I highly recommend him and you can tell his business model is about quality and not trying to make money. he is honest and truthful.

We had ServePro clean our meeting room and first floor common areas. They workers were courteous to residents and careful with the furniture they moved. And the carpet looks better than it had in a LONG time.
