Mario was very respectful and clear on what his team was going to do and my instructions to do.
ServPro Washington County has been amazing at taking care of my mold and water damage to my kitchen and dining area. Kevin and Rangel were promt, courteous and respectful of both me and my property. They were quick and efficient and took time to answer any questions I has about the process. I am so pleased with ServPro and am telling everyone I know about their quality of work and their service ethic. AH

If I could give zero stars I would... Would not recommend this company after a house fire. They promised to pack our belongings with care. EVERYTHING we owned just thrown into bags and tossed in the attic. No respect towards our sentimental items. Bedroom items tossed in bags with food. Why would you even bag food and put it in an attic. Terrible job. You destroyed 30 years worth of family momentums.
Mario and his team showed up , they put us at ease during a unfortunate water damage. They were prompt , professional and great to work with. If we ever need them or someone we know needs their type of services we will/would definitely recommend them.
