The workers were very skilled and did a great job turning our flood damaged dining room into looking brand new. They and their supervisor, Arturo, were also very friendly and patient which made a stressful situation much easier to get through. Thank you ServPro!

ServPro Ventura is awesome! We had a water heater that burst and flooded a few closets and bedrooms. I called John in the evening, and he sent his crew out first thing the next morning. Art and Jesus were great! They worked fast, efficiently, communicated what they were doing every step of the way and respected our house as well as our time. Had they not been out so quickly with their equipment, the situation would have been much worse. I highly recommend ServPro and a big thanks to Art and Jesus! Thank you

They came over on the weekend to place a tarp on my leaking roof. They then performed inspection and provided estimate and advice. Work in progress. Their prompt attention prior to expected heavy rain secured our home

A shower arm broke off INSIDE the wall of our bathroom. Woke up to flooding as well as mold from a long slow leak over many years. Drywall was saturated. ServPro of Ventura was out here the same day we called. It took 5 days, but they mitigated the mold, shored up the studs, hung new drywall and repainted everything. Arturo was the guy in charge and made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way. Luis did all the heavy lifting with mold treatment, new studs, drywall, and fresh paint. He was superb.
