Last September I was working with Jocelyn at Servpro -Uptown location on cleaning my back patio. She was wonderful and worked to make it affordable for me. Despite her help, I never hired them. My mom suddenly passed away in the midst of our negotiating my back yard situation. So, I just canceled everything. None of that mattered at that moment. Team did a good job cleaning up water after a kitchen flood
Sam and the ServPro team at Uptown Buena Park did a tremendous job with mitigation and remodeling. Not only was Sam and his team extremely efficient but always available for questions or updates. When going through an emergency that displaces you out of your home it can be an immense stress dealing with insurances, hotels, contractors, etc. I can easily say that Sam alleviated a lot of that stress by making the process smooth and clearly outlining the step by step process.
