I initially called them for some mold in my house. They came out were very thorough found where the water was leaking from repaired everything in a timely manner. They were very professional would highly recommend!

Servpro Upland: 👎 Started off with the Monrovia franchise, which seemed very on top of things, but was transferred to the Upland franchise for Eaton fire remediation. They did not seem as professional, but they were responsive at least, even calling me specifically last week to say they were hiring weekend crews and was I open on the 1st (I wasn't) or the 8th (I was), both Saturdays in February. Abbey and her crew answered all of my questions and heard my concerns as well. They addressed everything very professionally. They repaired my home in a timely manner as well. Would definitely recommend Servepro Upland.
