I was honestly terrified of having to go through this process. As a single woman dealing with home repairs and contractors, I am always hesitant because you never quite know whether you are getting good advice, good service, or being taken advantage of. This was, without question, one of the best service experiences I have ever had. I called SERVPRO of Troup-Coweta, and they were at my home within hours, the very same day. From the beginning, Ray was absolutely amazing. He was professional, polite, patient, and incredibly re... read more
Greg and his did an outstanding job, very responsive and helpful.
We called them because their website says locally owned and operated in Coweta county. I live in Sharpsburg and a tree fell onto my house. All the damage was to that one room/ceiling/roof. Serv Pro was assigned by my homeowner's insurance. Owen came to the house and was extremely professional as well as pleasant & kind in going through the process of the repairs needing to be made. He listened & answered all of my questions along with explaining how the process would work. He was available for follow-up questions as well. This is a huge disruption in our lives & he provided reassurance that everything would be well taken care of as we press on in this difficult situation. Thank you Owen!
Eli was an absolute pleasure to work with , he made sure I understood each element of the process . Definitely recommend him and the company for all damage and restoration work .
