Completely rude and disrespectful. Quoted me 1-2pm to come look at the flooded basement. Completely blew me off. I contacted them after 2 asking where they were. She told me they were running late and about 40 min away. Even though they clearly had 0 respect for my time and didn't bother calling and telling me that before they were late, I agreed to wait another 40 min. I am the Facilities Director at a prestigious area mansion. After a significant 3rd floor plumbing failure, our plumbing contractor recommended we bring in ServPro to be part of our still active emergency. A team of 7 ServPro techs were dispatched, including a project Forman, Mike, and were on my property in about 1 hour. They immediately began the water mitigation/cleanup.
