I expected cleanup in a small area and very little was actually done except an oversized dehumidifier not sure water was removed but the bad wood was not removed had to do that myself they seemed nice but it was way too expensive for my thought well above the national norm. Not happy sorry unable to recommend. 2025 just saw a commercial for Servpro and it reminded me that I was so unsatisfied. My water heater burst leading to flooding in my basement, and I needed quick help with the clean up. Jim from servpro came out in a couple hours and followed up over the next week to make sure everything was set. Would highly recommend them if you find yourself in a similar situation
