OMG Run Folks, RUN. Do not consider a company that charges $250.00 to come out and give you a bid!! It is ONLY refundable if you sign a contract with them. If the Insurance does not accept their bid or they come in higher than someone else, YOU ARE PENALIZED BECAUSE THEY KEEP THE $250.00. When asked why, she said "It is so they don't waste their time". What kind of company wants to kick you when your down. RUN, RUN, RUN!!!

Great team at Servepro. DISCLAIMER: we've known owner for years. But each time we had them we are treated as valued clients - not just friends. Spotless work, always respectful staff, on time, affordable. Water is not "empowered" however their work is spotless! Highly recommended with no nickle and dime add on service charges.
