Wish the staff would have given me a few more updates so I didn't have to worry what was going on with the water removal in my basement but they did have it done prompt in a few hours. Their gear was more than enough, but I would have liked to have heard a little more about their step-by-step process.

I wish the staff could have given me a few more updates so I wasn’t left wondering what was happening with the water removal in my basement, but they did get it done promptly in a few hours. Their equipment was more than up to the task but it would have been nice to hear more about what they were doing step by step.

I was anxious at first as to how much water they could get out of the carpet without causing further damage, but they set up their equipment carefully and were able to remove almost all of it within two hours. They also said the cushioning underneath would need a few days to dry out entirely which I have seen before with water damage restoration.

It took most of the afternoon to dry out the structure which seemed acceptable given the size of the damage. A few days have passed now and happily everything has remained dry and stable.
