I recently had a toilet leak on the second floor which went down to the basement. ServePro immediately called me even though it was a weekend. In fact, the president of the company called me. He put me in touch with a plumber who came the next day to stop the problem. From there, they came in with their fans and remediation services and ended up having to take out 2 ceilings, 2 floors and gutted a bathroom. I had posted a review before but now that work has started back on my house again after a long hiatus due to a insurance issue I need to update it. My pipe burst and causes some pretty heavy damage to my house. Sadly, I chose a horrible company to do the mitigation. They did not complete the work fully and lacked communication.
