I recently dealt with a water leak in my wall, and Servpro made the entire restoration process as smooth as possible. They immediately recommended a reliable plumber who quickly located and fixed the leak. While on vacation we came back to a flood with water damage to the walls and flooring. SERVPRO immediately came by to assess the damage and started renovation/reconstruction promptly while working with our insurance. Josiah and all of the service technicians were extremely courteous and flexible to our personal time commitments. And the workmanship was outstanding. Well trained and experienced staff. Hoping not to go through any other water/flood damage in the future but if we do, I would give them a call again.

Brad swung by twice to verify this project would meet our needs. He brought the actual work crew out to inspect and advise him of each facet of the project. TLDR: Good crew, and it's nice to see a contractor that has a pre-made crew that works well with him.

I used Servpro of south Redlands to restore my room from damages by water leakage on the attic. Brett was assigned as the project manager to oversee the work and he got the job done in a week. I am satisfied with the result and experience.
