After a terrible sewage blockage that damaged our basement and a lot of personal belonging, the crew came in for remediation and clean up. The majority of the contents needed to be cleaned, removed and stored until the floor could be treated and dried. Supervisor Cliff was comforting, informative and put us at ease while assuring us it would be taken care of. Our crew initially was led by Uriel, who was fantastic.
