My experience with the Servpro team has been phenomenal. After having a water damaged basement we called Servproand received very prompt attention. The rep that came to our home was manager, Ms. Khalilah Milton. We found her to be quite pleasant, knowledgeable as she took her time explaining everything to us. I have told my friends and family not to cut corners they need to use Servpro. They found moisture that you can't see with the naked eye.
Today our ServPro inspector came by to help us on a journey to fixing our basement from flood waters and Sewer back up. Sinoe Torres was very knowledgeable and informative about the work that ServPro does. Any questions we had, he was able to answer. He showed us pictures and walked us through the process.
