I can not say enough GOOD things about this company. We had water damage that got under our floors in our kitchen and leaked into our laundry room. SERVpro was at our home within 2 hrs of calling them. Matt D was lead for this and was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and transparent. He was able to tell me exactly what the process was going to be from Demo to Repair and was extremely empathetic. SERVPRO came to our rescue again. The youth bathrooms at our Boys & Girls Club were in need of a deep clean and they delivered. We were impressed with how thorough the team was. Walls, partitions , brick work (graffiti), appliances, floors and ceilings were detailed and completely sanitized. The crew was friendly and did what ever it took to make our bathrooms as safe and clean as possible! We will definitely be using them again :)
6 months of nothing but hassle with them
Had a small water heater leakage running for more than two month. Not only the water got through to the bath room the other side of the wall, mold grew in dry walls. Ira had twenty-year experience and identified the scope of the damage proved to be accurate after the walls were open. Ira was very professional and patient in the communication.
Great company, great communication and excellent work! I can honestly say that from start to finish this entire staff has been amazing.
