10/10! It was a very easy experience, Kevin and Mark were the gentlemen on site and James was the supervisor. They were very professional and it was a pleasure to meet all of them. Would definitely recommend and use again!
I recently had to have some work done due to unforeseen circumstances. Steven, Felipe, Terrence and Chris on the restoration team were amazing to work with with! When they came out for the remediation/restoration, they were punctual, professional, knowledgeable and the job was handled in a very clean manner. Highly recommend this team!
I would definitely not use them again,I made it clear to James that I didn't have money to pay any more than the insurance would pay,he would look me in my eyes and shake my hand over and over telling me that I didn't have to worry about anything, after30 days serv pro didn't get paid,I started getting bills email me that the bill was due ,I got another email telling me that it was my responsibility that the bill was paid,I called and texted the insurance company close to forty times , before I got them to release the check ... read more
The guys that came to my house day after day, taking care of the interior water leak and heavy mold issue were great! Kevin, Mark, Adam, Robbie we’re all professional, very pleasant hard workers, answered all of my questions and overall did an excellent job in representing their company. I would definitely recommend them.
Jailen and Yazmin were great to work with. So was their team lead with the cool beard. I would recommend them.
