I was contacted promptly after my call to the office. The Mitigation Manager came to my home and gave me an estimate. He cared about my problem and communicated information in a thorough and understandable manner. The team who worked at my home did a great job.
UPDATED DUE TO THEIR RESPONSE I am giving 3 stars because of their employee Justin. He was wonderful. He told me exactly what he was doing with each step of the process and answered any questions I had. He was very respectful. The loss of stars is because of originally thought was Frank but was James the so called Supervisor who came and checked the job. I don't know who put him in charge but he isn't fit to be in charge at McDonald's. We were told that they can repair projects too but our bathroom wasn't lucrative enough fo... read more
