This is not a company you want to use. They will lie to you about getting the insurance approval and will start work before the approval is given. My wife and I went through the hurricane late September of last year 2025 our basement was flooded. We told them we are in a tight spot and can't afford the repairs without insurance. They said that it's a sure thing and started the repairs and now I'm receiving a threat of lien against my property a year later because insurance didn't approve the work they did before they started... read more
I was contacted promptly after my call to the office. The Mitigation Manager came to my home and gave me an estimate. He cared about my problem and communicated information in a thorough and understandable manner. The team who worked at my home did a great job.
UPDATED DUE TO THEIR RESPONSE I am giving 3 stars because of their employee Justin. He was wonderful. He told me exactly what he was doing with each step of the process and answered any questions I had. He was very respectful. The loss of stars is because of originally thought was Frank but was James the so called Supervisor who came and checked the job. I don't know who put him in charge but he isn't fit to be in charge at McDonald's. We were told that they can repair projects too but our bathroom wasn't lucrative enough fo... read more
