Kevin and Mark from Servpro were exceptionally professional and on time! Highly recommend
Ease of use with insurance was great. Everything else was subpar. First someone comes out to assess your damage, that was easy. But then there’s all these different departments/ teams after that and they don’t communicate with each other and the office staff has no idea what’s going on. During remediation I had some repair questions but those can’t be answered until the repairs team shows up. Most importantly the repairs were what lead to the review. Kevin and team at Servpro did an excellent job removing all the damged flooring and cabinets. Their response was also excellent. I called Thursday and they started Friday By monday all the damage was removed and the floor was dry. Hope rest of restoration goes as smooth and quick. Real professionals. I would recommend Kevin to anyone.
