Our rep arrived quickly (an hour) and assessed our needs. She put in place a plan of action. Since my daughter and I had already removed the flooded carpet, they only needed fans and tile removal to complete the job. The fans arrived, and a de humidifier. The only negative thing to happen was they were to remove the tile in our bathroom, which we paid for up front, and that job was not completed. The entire team was incredibly reassuring and attentive to all of our concerns and questions. They were able to save our hardwood flooring from a very large water leak. It truly looks like there was never any flooding. Additionally, they never seemed put out if they needed to come back to ensure that all the wetness was mitigated. Fantastic team.
Very punctual and attentive. Came out within two hours of placing distress call. Good knowledge from lead crew member. However, I did not receive an estimate upfront and was charged over $600 to blow hot air around to dry out less than 200 square feet on main floor/basement ceiling. Also, there is still cosmetic damage on the ceiling.
