Terrible! For a small job, they really took too long! AMBER NEWSOM was in charge of our remodeling...could not schedule subcontractors in a timely manner, did NOT restore ripped out cabinets, NOW USING OUR NEW SHOWER 1 MONTH THE GROUT IS CRACKING & CHIPPING! SHAME ON SERVPRO OF SLO & AMBER! Shoddy work!! They supposedly fixed the shower seat AGAIN in Dec 2017...now July 2018 something smells foul in the new, fixed shower!! This is ridiculous! All seems fine..for now...Thanks for the headaches updated Dec 2018
Servpro of Atascadero did an excellent job when we had a pinhole water leak in our attic between our garage and laundry room. We were not at home at the time, and black mold developed as a consequence. The crew had to remove a lot of drywall, cupboards, sinks, etc. during the demolition. The next step was to bring in the large dehumidifiers, and then finally to clean and remove all traces of the mold. I have worked with Joe the owner and Jim - customer service rep for years and they get the job done right he first time! They know the insurance side of things and work well with adjusters. I can't recommend them enough ! Emergency insurance work is a tough world to navigate and they do it well.
