Samar and Justin of ServPro arrived on time and did a great job consulting with me, and moving shelving and contents. They did a careful and clean demo of water damaged ceiling and dry wall. Samar communicated well with perfect English, if that’s a question. He and Justin worked well together and finished in 4.5 hours. I would be happy to have them again.
Ray and Mason were amazing at taking care and removing all of the items in our bathroom water disaster. They were super thorough and were very nice as well. Best demo team 😉
We are very happy with the service Servpro provided. From the initial call, to the follow up, to the clean up. Kesha came out and gave us an initial assessment and was right on time. Very explanatory and made things happen to get us take care of ASAP as we were crunched for time. Ray came out for the clean up and was on time, super polite and did a great job. This was a biohazard clean up so he did extra special work that was greatly appreciated by us. Thank you Servpro and the team.
Jaiden and Ray came in got right to work. They helped move my refrigerator even though it was quite difficult and all the refrigerator doors needed to come off along with a house door and getting the refrigerator doors back on correctly was a little bit tricky. Jaiden made sure that before he left, everything was done to my liking, and that I was happy I appreciate that very much, and would welcome them back to do Work again thank you ! Jaiden and Ray
