Came immediately to do testing. Never called with the results so I had to call. The results were in and they sent them to me when I asked for them and said they’d call the next day with a plan. Never heard from them again. We researched and found out we have a dangerous mold in our home. It’s been a week of staying with family and serv pro never called us back. Will not be using their services now if they do call someday.
They were out within an hour of my phone call when my house flooded. Very professional and explained each step of the clean up and dry up process. I would highly recommend Servpro for any home disaster!
