Got REALLY bad customer service from this ServPro location. Initial contact was great, but when we tried to schedule the work, the staff kept saying they would calendar it "when they could fit it in". They even sent an email saying the work order was in and that I could track it, but when I tried, it wasn't really assigned. They strung me along for a month. That was a month that I could have been hiring somebody else to do the job. When I called, I got no return call. The only responses were in email, and they just contained... read more
