Got REALLY bad customer service from this ServPro location. I had a house fire and the tech came out he told me he has no business cards. This was on Dec. 22, 2019 or there abouts He looked around and told me there was over $20,000. Worth of damages. He attempted me into signing a contract. I told him I want a bid as my insurance adjuster has not been out. He was to deliver the bid before Christmas on the 24th. The owner is a crook! Treats his employees terrible. Almost every job starts out great! But towards the end, customers are realizing how they’ve been scammed! Drug addicts fraud

Having an accident at your home is never fun. As a homeowner I went into panic mode coming home to a flood in my hallway. After one phone call to Servpro we were completely taken care of. Work was quick, friendly and professional.
