The team that handled the cleanup after my apartment fire did an incredible job. I want to send a huge personal thank you to Mimi, Rachel and Veronica. You guys were awesome!! You actually made a difficult time much more pleasant for me. I’m extremely happy that you kept me updated on everything you were doing. It was a pleasure and I truly enjoyed getting to know you!! Y’all are the BEST!!!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Servpro and cannot recommend their services. I was charged for after-hours emergency service even though the emergency was never resolved. The technicians were unable to stop the leak or turn off the water. Instead of minimizing the damage, the continued water leak caused additional damage to my home. The invoice also claimed 7.5 hours of labor, but the technicians were only at my home for approximately 2 hours and 3 minutes during regular business hours. To make matters wo... read more

Luanne and Arturo were Incredible. Have done an amazing job cleaning the condo I hired Servpro to clean. Top to bottom an A1 job and service. Their patience and professionalism with all the changes we put them through was incredible. if you want your house restore like nothing ever happened, Luanne and Arturo are the two servpro employees, I would recommend. In the recent flood of the Green River through and surrounding our home in the Green River Valley, Servpro of Puyallup came riding in to save the day by pulling out ruined and soggy insulation, in both garage and crawlspace (especially cramped and nasty working area, wearing hazmat suits) and then drying out the flooded areas.
