Called insurance company on a water damage issue Servpro was at my house in 3hrs setting up mitigation. Paul Trevor and the rest of the crew have been been great,know what there doing and not afraid of hard work. I wanted to recognize them because you just do see good work and workers these days. I also want everyone to know Katie has provided awesome customer service being prompt and always following up on every step scheduling follow up visits and communicating with the insurance company. 5 stars to all!!!
Trevor and Katie were great to work with. Responded quickly, accommodated my schedule, answered my questions, and did a great job. I really appreciate their good work and professionalism.
Chris and Trevor were great they came out after hours and took great care of us. Very polite and respectful of our houseboat.
