I had the pleasure of working with ServPro after a water pipe burst in my home causing damage behind my walls, lifting and ruining my hardwood floors in my living room and flooding my garage. ServPro workers were at my home, working hard, fixing the problem, moving my belongings into a storage container so they could quickly dry out and repair/replace areas of concern. I am a property manager, we had a recent water moisture in the laundry room area. We contacted Serpro, the job was handled very smooth, with the coordination of the office, Austin Rushing, and the inspector Ralph Del Valle. The hassles became minimum. Thank you for the great job. Mr. Ralph Del Valle and his team did an outstanding job repairing the significant water damage done to our kitchen after a leak. They arrived immediately and helped us come up with a plan that we were happy with. Mr. Del Valle was always available and on site to answer our questions along the way.
