We could not be more disappointed in an experience….. clear communication from the customer standpoint —- on the maximum amount financial outlet for a simple remediation of water in a small basement room (14’ x 21’) (Less than a quarter of an inch if water)…. Indicated no greater than $1600-$2000 was firmly commitrd : based on precedent of other vendors doing identical work.
