Servpro was recommended to us through State Farm insurance when our bedroom ceiling collapsed after a roof leak. Casey from Servpro quickly scheduled someone to come out and help us. Casey was friendly and always readily available to help us and answer questions. Casey kept in touch each day and made the situation less stressful. We had fire and water damage. Servpro came to clean out our house. Brian ( Crew Chief) Did an amazing job with the clean out. Brian is efficient, respectful, knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly and compassionate about his work. We recently had our first level flooded, and were recommended Servpro of Pennypack by a friend. They were great! Brian and his team worked around our schedules to come out and start the mitigation process promptly. Could not have asked for a better mitigation team; kind, efficient, thoughtful, and thorough! Brian worked with us to make sure we understood every step of the process and what was needed from us to ensure the space was handled properly. Would highly recommend!
