The SERVPRO team helped us out when we had a water leak in our home. They were very quick to get to our house and find the problem, which was challenging! I really appreciated how Ian worked with our insurance company to make sure our claim went through smoothly.

Be very careful using this service. I needed a large portion of my house gutted due to the hurricane. The whole sales team seemed very pleasant. Unfortunately only 2 people of a 12 person team showed up on the first day. The next day no one showed up. I had to go with a different company to get my work done and they still sent me a bill for $6300. After speaking with my contractor apparently this is a common occurrence.
Hurricane Flo hit our community HARD! My husband, who has been a general contractor for over 35 years interviewed over 7 other disaster assistance companies and selected Serv Pro! The customer service, the assistance during a time of true stress and the streamlined process makes a difficult time bearable. I highly recommend this professional organization.
Inflated prices with a poor service and work product. I definately would not recommend Servpro or this office.
Thank you so much to the team at Servpro Pender! James and Tim came last Friday to clean up some mold that we had in our master bedroom closet. They were very courteous, diligent and thorough. Even when there was some confusion over what course of action needed to be taken, they immediately contacted their supervisor and it was all taken care of. Great job!
I give them one star because zero stars isn't an option. I hired these people to repair my kitchen and downstairs after a water leak. 10 months later, the house was ready after nearly daily visits by myself to their office. They had to come back and completely redo half the work on the floor because they failed to do the work correctly the first time.
