Mona and Jordan and their team were incredibly helpful! We were taken by a surprise with a major leak in the roof that led to remediation and no help from insurance. Mona and team were beyond helpful, not only moving quickly to provide services, but also helping to educate us on the process, connecting us with a contractors for multiple estimates, and guided us through the whole process. Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional and Negligent Servpro is the WORST . DO NOT hire these people - my belongings are covered in mold still & dirt - nothing was wiped down. My god mom took her life last year & all I had left was my stained glass rainbow painting she made me. Mona threw it in a box with no bubble wrap or care and it’s now shattered glass , only thing I had left of her. It’s honestly devestating.
