I strongly encourage anyone to avoid this company. They came to mitigate water damage and then essentially forced me to use them to repair the floor after I had already contracted with someone else. While the work itself was fine, the owner was regularly rude and condescending, they damaged several items in my home while completing the job, and returned over a year later saying I owed more money.
We had a leak in the laundry room upstairs that quickly made its way downstairs. Our damage was limited due to their prompt response and quick action. Park Cities was knowledgeable and professional the during the entire process. I HIGHLY recommend using them.
