Rude and inconsiderate people. Taking advantage of my family of four following Hurricane Harvey, in which we took in 7 feet of water. Didn't even give us a week after completing work before he was hassling us for the remaining 40% we owed them, threatening to use lawyers and put a lean on our home (that we can not live in at the moment). Explained that we were waiting for an insurance check, which we got and let the owner know on a Monday that it would be in his hands by Friday.
