I contacted Servpro in Durant/Paris about cleaning the ductwork in our 1971 home. We recently moved into and the air ducts have never been cleaned. So you can imagine how bad they were!! My husband has severe respiratory problems. I explained that to Megan and Dakota understood that it needed to be done as soon as possible. Brandon and Mike have done an incredible job of creating my dream to come true during this recent remodel due to the flood in our home. They both have made sure the extra touches have been done. My husband is a disabled veteran and needed a few extra touches. I just found out I have a brain tumor and currently going through radiation. They have gone far beyond my expectations. I was fully satisfied with servpro and their work restoring my home after a flood. The mitigation, the reconstruction, and the cleanup crews were great! Jesse took care of all my questions and concerns about the repairs, and Veronica and Barbara did a wonderful job cleaning up. Dakota did a fantastic job with the touch ups as far as floor clean and correcting my toilet leak.

Delvin, Tydon, Anthony and the entire SERVPRO team are to be commended for their services after our hot water line break at our home here in Paris in December 2025. They were adept and very knowledgeable in detecting with their equipment where the presence of water was and what parts of our home had been compromised. Ricky and Jamal did a thorough cleaning of my air ducts. They came on time as promised and told me what they would be doing. They were courteous and professional and seems concerned about doing a good job. Very pleased with the results.
