This company was fantastic! Used them to us move our son from one apartment to another in San Francisco. They also cleaned the old apartment and organized everything in the new apartment. Servpro’s team was amazing packing and moving my son’s belongings. The cleaning at the old apartment was immaculately done. The organization at the new apartment was fantastic, pretty impressive. The best thing that they managed to do it all in a day. Top notch service!!!

I contacted Servpro San Mateo on a Sunday night about a fiberglass mattress issue and was amazed that they picked up and had their Palo Alto crew out the next morning. When the scope was larger than they initially planned for, they were careful to take pictures to share with project manager Martin and come back with a detailed scope of work and pricing. When our retail bank branch experienced a flood event, ServPro was on the scene within 90 minutes assessing the damage and beginning the water mitigation process. From there, the ServPro team worked closely with us to identify the issues and provide a plan of action and timeline for completion. Title: Avoid SERVPRO of Palo Alto – Dishonest, Unprofessional, and Threatening I contracted SERVPRO of Palo Alto in August 2025 for emergency crawlspace flooding. This was the worst service experience I’ve ever had. Broken promises: Their rep promised Net 90 terms to secure the job. Once the work began, management denied it and demanded immediate payment.
